Your music, as a CD collection.

A music player for iPhone, made for the music you own. Play files from your phone, or stream from your Navidrome server.

Your library, two ways

Start with the files already on your phone.

Your own files

Pick songs from the Files app or iCloud Drive, name a disc and give it a cover. No account, no server, nothing to sign into. Your originals stay exactly where they are.

Or a server, if you run one

Point Disque at your Navidrome server and browse it right over the shelf. Playback never stops while you’re in there, and one queue holds songs from both.

The server's home: favourites, random picks and recently played albums, with the mini player still going above the tab bar.

A disc that actually spins

Every album becomes a CD that turns while it plays, and the player takes its colours from the cover, so the app looks different with every record you put on.

The stem mixer: four faders labelled vocals, drums, bass and inst, each at full level.

Pull a song apart while it plays

Split any song into vocals, drums, bass and the rest, then mute or turn up each one as it plays. Hear the band without the singer, or the singer on their own.

Needs a connection, and takes a few seconds per song.

Lyrics in time

The current line lifts out as the song plays, and tapping any line jumps the track there. Lyrics already in the file are used as they are, with nothing to set up.

The rest of it

Everything else it does.

No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no account.

Disque is an independent project, made by one developer for people who care about their collection rather than for a streaming business. Your server details stay on your phone, with the password in the iOS keychain, and never reach us. Splitting a song into stems is the only thing that ever leaves the device, and only the song you pick.

In the works

Four songs, one track

Four lanes for vocals, drums, bass and other, each holding a stem from a different song. The first song you drop sets the tempo and key, and everything after it is matched to that.

Coming soon. iOS 27 and later.

Beta

Try it on your own library.

Disque is in alpha, on TestFlight. Bring the music you actually care about. It’s the only honest way to tell whether a CD collection is for you.

The TestFlight link goes live shortly. There will be no form: it opens Apple’s TestFlight, and this site never sees your email.

Before you ask

Which servers work?
Navidrome, over the Subsonic API. A plain HTTP server on your home network works too: Disque tells you plainly that the connection isn't encrypted, then carries on. Your server address and login only ever go to that server, never to us.
Where do my own files live?
Where they already are. Disque reads each file from the Files app or iCloud Drive and keeps a cached copy for speed; you choose whether it also keeps a copy of its own, and where. Deleting a disc never touches the originals.
What happens offline?
Downloaded albums play with no connection at all. If a queued song has no copy on the phone, Disque skips it rather than stalling.
How many stems can I split?
Three songs a day per install while we are in beta. Splitting needs a connection and takes a few seconds. The song you pick is uploaded so it can be separated, and is deleted once it has been.
Which iOS versions are supported?
iPhone only, on iOS 18 and later. The mashup desk, when it lands, needs iOS 27.
